Shipping 

Your order is always an “on-demand order” directly from the brand to us and then to you. As shipment times vary for each brand, please expect your order to ship in 2-3 weeks. In some cases, we can ship immediately. We will notify you via email about your shipping times and what to expect next. 

Note: Some Hot items may shipment may take up to 4-6 weeks. 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer FREE RETURNS within 30 days of receiving your purchase. You can return your product for 100% of your order value (yes, it includes shipping) for store credit. Exceptions apply to International orders, we can't cover a free return label, please contact us for case-by-case scenarios.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • No returns on Lingerie of any kind
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us via chat, DM, or email. We will issue a FREE return label
  2. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
  4. We will review the item 
  5. If everything is ok. We will issue a Gift Card for the total order amount, including shipping. You can use the Gift Card in our store, valid for 6 months. 

Vintage Returns 

We sell vintage as well, visit our ever-expanding collection. Furthermore, we believe recycling and upcycling vintage is not only good for the environment, but also amplifies your closet options. We do offer In-Store Credit and FREE Returns for Vintage pieces. Exceptions apply to International orders, we can't cover a free return label, please contact us for case-by-case scenarios. Most vintage stores and sellers do not. 

Remember that Vintage items are all used and have the occasional imperfections because of usage and age. We ask you to take this into consideration before purchasing.

There are some exceptions and ineligible items

  • Pieces can't be altered, modified, painted or dye.
  • Pieces need to be in the condition in which they were sent. 
  • Pieces can't be damaged. (rips, tears, missing buttons, etc)
  • No returns on Lingerie of any kind

While vintage pieces are typically used, we sold Dead Stock pieces that still have their original tags. If tags are removed from these pieces we will deduct 10% from your total credit. 

If you return to us a Vintage piece that falls into the ineligible items category. We will only issue a 35% refund back to your credit card, no store credit, and we will keep the item.  We have the right to review and make discretionary decisions when it comes to vintage, but for the most part, we would like to make you a happy and satisfied customer.

Exceptions and Refund Cases

If for any reason you would like to receive a refund instead of credit. We can accommodate, but in this instance, we have to charge a re-stocking fee of 25% on your total order. We are a very small operation, and we try to stay slim with our inventory.  You can open a Refund Case here
