We have a unique system for inventory and order fulfillment. Because our items are unique and curated by us daily, we rarely carry inventory. We order each item directly from the vendor and have that product shipped to us first to make sure we check for quality, size and packaging. We won't ship anything we won't wear ourselves, therefore it takes a bit of time. Our orders typically take 2 weeks or 15 business days to arrive to us, and we ship same day to you after we inspect the product. We will keep you notify of the process. Please message us, and we will respond as soon as we can. We are human so expect some delay.

Returns

While we love to make you happy with every item that you buy from ClosetBlues. Sometimes you feel your item doesn’t fit quite right or something is wrong with it or you simply changed your mind. No biggie! We will accept your return as long as you are aware of our return policies.

- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of shipment received.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Sale, Clearance items and Yesterday Today items are not eligible for a refund/return.
- We do not issue store credit or exchanges because all of our items are limited quantities and available for a limited time.
- Because our items are On Demand for the most part, we charge a 15% re-stocking fee on items higher than $100. If your item was less than $100 you will get a full refund.
