Shipping & Returns
Your order is always an “on-demand order” directly from the brand to us and then to you. As shipment times vary for each brand, please expect your order to ship in 2-3 weeks. In some cases, we can ship immediately. We will notify you via email about your shipping times and what to expect next.
Note: Some Hot item's shipment may take up 4-6 weeks.
While we love to make you happy with every item that you buy from ClosetBlues. Sometimes you feel your item doesn’t fit quite right or something is wrong with it, or you simply changed your mind. No biggie. We will accept your return subject as long as you are aware of our return policies.
- Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of order received, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Swimwear, underwear, earrings, and cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Sale, Clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- We do not issue store credit or exchanges because all of our items are limited quantities and available for a limited time. (there are some exceptions to this rule)
- Because our items are On-Demand items, for the most part, we charge a 15% re-stocking fee from items higher than $100. If your item was less than $100 you will get a full refund.
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to us within 15 days of your original order shipment date. Please create your return here.
Items Not Eligible for Refund:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Returns received in damaged /worn condition.
- Returns received after 15 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- We do not issue store credit or exchanges because all of our items are limited quantities and available for a limited time.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We must receive items within 15 days after the return label has been issued for full credit. We will not refund the shipping. If items are not received within this period, the order will be archived and no refunds will be made at this point.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please chat with us via our chat window and inquiry about your order number.
