Contemporary Styles

The product will be ordered from our preferred vendor. Ship to us in Miami. It's inspected for quality and then shipped to you nicely packed.

We currently have sizes in stock for this product, and we might be able to ship right away. We will send you a confirmation email letting you know about the
status.

Vintage Styles

We sell vintage as well; visit our ever expanding collection. Furthermore, we believe recycling and upcycling vintage is good for the environment and amplifies your closet options.

Remember that Vintage items are all used and have the occasional imperfections because of
usage and age. We ask you to consider this before purchasing.

We do offer In-Store Credit and FREE Returns for Vintage pieces. Most vintage stores and sellers do not.

Returns on Contemporary

WE OFFER FREE RETURNS
While we love to make you happy with every item you buy from ClosetBlues, sometimes you feel your item doesn’t fit quite right, or something is wrong with it, or you simply changed your mind. No biggie. We offer FREE RETURNS within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

You can return your product for 100% of your order value (yes, it includes shipping) for store credit.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- No returns on Lingerie of any kind
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:


- Contact us via chat, DM, or email.
- We will issue a FREE return label.
- Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Please send all items back to us using the label provided.
- We will review the item(s) to see if everything is ok.
- We will issue a Gift Card of the total order amount, including shipping. You can use the Gift Card in our store, valid for six months.

Refunds Exceptions

If by any reason you would like to receive a refund instead of credit. We can accommodate, but in this instance, we have to charge a re-stocking fee of 25% on your total order. We are a very small operation, and we try to stay slim with our inventory.

Refund Processing


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount minus a 25% restocking fee will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of time (this depends on banks and paying method you use)

Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please chat with us via our chat window and inquiry about your order number.

Vintage Returns

We do offer In-Store Credit and FREE Returns for Vintage pieces. Most vintage stores and sellers do not.

There are some exceptions and ineligible items


- Pieces can't be altered, modified, painted, or dye.
- Pieces need to be in the condition in which they were sent.
- Pieces can't be damaged. (rips, tears, missing buttons, etc.)
- No returns on Lingerie and jewelry


While vintage pieces are typically used, we sold Dead Stock pieces, which still have their original tags. If tags are removed from these pieces, we will deduct 10% from your total credit.
Suppose you return to us a Vintage piece that falls into the ineligible item's category. We will only issue a 35% refund back to your credit card, no store credit, and we will keep the item.

We have the right to review and make discretionary decisions when it comes to vintage, but for the most part, we would like to make you a happy and satisfied customer.

Measurements

We curate our styles from different vendors and our sizes vary,
not to mention vintage sizes are so different. We try our best to provide
measurements, pictures and descriptions in all our items, but sometimes we don't.
Please don't hesitate to ask about the item.

How to Measure Yourself

Here is a chart on how to measure yourself. Also take into consideration that 1 inch = 2.54 cm, 1 cm = 0.39 inch. There is at least 1-3 cm margin of error.
